Just returned after staying for a week. The location couldn't be better, sat opposite the main gondola. The food was spot on - great quality and plenty of choice. The staff are also brilliant - they are friendly, attentive and really helpful. Having boarded in Austria several times in the past, I echo some of the other comments in saying this is way more that a 3* hotel and the food, staff and rooms are better than some of the 4/5* places I have stayed before.
Absolutely massive, very comfortable rooms (very surprising for a ski resort) - showers were particularly good. Perfect location directly opposite the gondola. Efficient, friendly staff. Excellent food. Great bar. Great service. I cannot fault this hotel in any way.
Nice location next to the Planai cable car, well suited for hiking. In summer, the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard is included - phantastic for all kind of sights. The breakfast was great, the wifi worked. I did not like the shower so much, and the re-filling of the amenities did not work. All in all a good place, recommendable.
Just returned home after staying in this lovely clean hotel with generously sized rooms and corridors. Ideally situated beside the main gondola. The food was excellent and the staff were very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. We have been skiing in Austria for many years and this 3* hotel well exceeded many of the great 4* hotels we have stayed in over the years. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

Amazing location just across from the start of Planai ski areal. Big comfy rooms, lovely food and staff. Really enjoyed the wellness area. Parking available for a charge per night with direct access to hotel and ski room (where you can safely keep your ski and shoes). Highly recommended
